Mojo’s Wings, Burgers & Beer is a new restaurant concept featuring fantastic food for adult taste buds, live bands and entertainment, and outrageous promotions all served up by the beautiful ladies of Mojo’s. Created by veteran restaurant CEO and industry turnaround artist Daniel J. Dorsch, the restaurant’s top priority is to keep guests coming back to get their Mojo’s on.

Mojo’s Wings, Burgers & Beer was in research and development for more than three years, opened in September 2008 at 1853 E. Memorial Blvd. / HWY 92 in Lakeland next door to Fun Bike Center Motorsports. The Company expects the concept to grow quickly into a regional chain with three more locations opening over the next 24 months.

This team has the talent, experience and passion to make everyone want to get a little Mojo’d.”

“We’re taken the old, tired, over-priced wing house concept and gave it its Mojo back by combining the best of flavorful food, entertainment, promotions and fun,” said Dorsch. “Mojo’s has something for everyone, it’s a fun place to have a great meal, enjoy a few drinks and groove to the sounds of our 10,000 watt entertainment system – Mojo’s is where you’ll want to be.”

Mojo’s guests are treated to live entertainment, including country and rock bands, stand-up comedians, and other fantastic acts. Mojo’s also feature contests including Bikini, “B” Kini, Daisy Dukes and more, bike nights, UFC fights and much more. The fun spills over onto the menu as well, with promotions like:

· The Mojo’s Feast, priced at $49.99 that includes a bucket of beer, 50 wings and 25 shrimp, and other tasty treats, delivered to your table in MoJo style.

· $1 Happy Hour - EVERY DAY!

· The Mojo’s bachelor party, the only night out with the boys that promises to rock the groom’s world but still get him to the alter the next day.

In addition to these and other promotions, Mojo’s menu is much more than your average wing house food. Along with wings, burgers and beer, Mojo’s is serving up some unexpected dishes including:

· She Crab Soup: Served on the menu every day, this creamy soup with tender crab will have you craving Mojo’s.

· Mahi Mahi dinner entrée: a fresh fillet prepared blackened or grilled as you desire.

· Ribeye Steak: a 12-ounce aged Angus beef steak, cut expertly on the premises and charbroiled to perfection.
