Mojo’s Wings, Burgers & Beer is a new restaurant concept featuring fantastic food for adult taste buds, live events, and outrageous promotions all served up by the beautiful ladies of Mojo’s. Created by veteran restaurant CEO and industry veteran Daniel J. Dorsch, the restaurant’s top priority is to keep guests coming back to get their Mojo on.

Mojo’s Wings, Burgers & Beer was in research and development for more than three years. Mojo's opened in September 2008 at 1853 E. Memorial Blvd. / HWY 92 in Lakeland next door to Fun Bike Center Motorsports.

Founder Daniel J. Dorsch, whose 30-year history in the restaurant industry includes leadership positions with such iconic brands as Papa John’s, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Taco Bell and Checkers/Rally’s commented,“While so many in the industry have held back on development, we have aggressively moved forward to bring new life to wings, burgers and beer while incorporating new flavor profiles into the menu with daily priced specials.
